  • How quickly can you be on-site?

    Most of the time we are able to attend ad-hoc fault calls the next business day, we aim to get to all customers within 3 business days.

  • What do you repair?

    Industrial thermal printers, desktop thermal printers, mobile thermal printers as well as enterprise mobile computing devices.

  • What is your callout charge?

    Our callout charge is £75 excluding VAT for the initial printer plus mileage. Any additional printer on the same visit is an extra £50 excluding VAT.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept bank transfer as well as debit or credit card payments.

  • What brands can you fix?

    Extensive experience fixing Zebra printers and enterprise mobile computers. TSC, SATO, Printronix Auto ID, Honeywell, Intermec, Toshiba TEC, Datamax and more.

  • I have a problem with a printer that isn't hardware related can you help?

    Our competent engineers have a good understanding of host systems and printer emulations. Allowing us locate and solve issues being caused by software or setup.
