WARRANTY POLICY

All workshop repairs and refurbished equipment carried out or sold by the print quality specialists is covered by a 6 Month Return To Base Warranty. We work hard and complete lots of manufacturer training to provide high quality repairs for our customers. Recognising the products we repair and sell are absolutely vital to the operation of most businesses, it’s our duty to give you peace of mind. The warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship that occur during regular operation of the product.

OUR WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

  • Consumable parts such as platen rollers and printheads.

  • Cosmetic wear or operator damage such as scratches, drops, general misuse and liquid spills.

  • Damage caused by natural disasters or acts of god.

  • Faults caused by improper configuration.

  • Damage/faults caused by unauthorised modifications or third party repair attempts.
