Choosing the Correct ZT411 Printhead
The Zebra ZT411 requires a printhead that matches the printer’s original resolution. You cannot interchange 203 dpi, 300 dpi, and 600 dpi printheads without modifying the printer, as the drive system and configuration are different for each version.
To ensure compatibility, always replace your printhead with the same DPI as your existing unit:
203 dpi → Part number P1058930-009
300 dpi → Part number P1058930-010
600 dpi → Part number P1058930-011
The ON-METAL RFID printheads allow the printer to accept thicker media as the ON-METAL RFID labels are often much thicker than standard labels. If you are printing on ON-METAL RFID labels it is important that you select one of the following part numbers, otherwise you will experience consistent label jams:
203 dpi → Part Number P1105147-300
300 dpi → Part Number P1105147-301
